Dr John Nguyen

Dr Nguyen is a New Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and graduated from the University of New South Wales. He completed his internship and residency at Liverpool Hospital, including an additional senior residency year with rotations in Paediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Geriatrics, and Palliative Care. His General Practice training included placements in Innerwest and South Western Sydney, a rural rotation in Armidale, and an Academic Post with UNSW focusing on research and medical student teaching.

Dr Nguyen has a broad interest in medicine, with a growing focus on Chronic Disease, Preventative Health, Sexual Health, and Addiction Medicine. He enjoys empowering patients and collaborating on tailored strategies to optimise health and wellbeing. Outside of medicine, he enjoys jogging, electronic dance music, and reading.
