Greg Prescott – Psychologist
Greg is a psychologist with over 15 years experience as a therapist and people leader. He values an honest and empathic therapeutic relationship, initial practical strategies to relieve symptoms and stress, followed by deeper work focusing on resolving underlying issues.
He primarily utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), with a particular interest in the areas of anxiety, depression, relationships, parenting, stress management, high performance and perfectionism.
Greg has led responses to major incidents including the Sydney Lindt Cafe siege, the 2015 Nepal Earthquake and the death of Australian cricketer Phillip Hughes. It is from these events that he has come to develop a passion and understanding for helping others through crises and life change to assist them to be their best at home and work.
