She has completed accredited training in Managing Menopause in General Practice (Jean Hailes Foundation) and HRT and Menopause (Australasian Menopause Society), extending her expertise in hormonal and midlife medicine.

Beyond practice, Michele leads The Demeter Collective, a platform advancing innovation in women’s health and reproductive longevity, and has been invited to speak at international conferences on reproductive frontier technologies.

She also holds a Diploma of Child Health (Highly Commended) and, outside work, enjoys travel, good coffee and live music.
