Dr Michele Ferguson

Michele completed combined Bachelor of Medical Studies (BMed), Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degrees from the University of New South Wales in 2015. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). She completed internship and residency at Prince of Wales Hospital with subsequent training at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and St Vincent's Hospital in Intensive Care before she moved into GP. She has completed secondments in rural and regional hospitals around Australia across a broad range of medical and surgical specialties and worked with the Aboriginal Local Health Service in western Sydney. Michele enjoys all aspects of primary care with a particular interest in preventative healthcare, metabolic health and wellbeing, reproductive and sexual health, men's health and chronic disease management. She holds further certifications in Paediatrics (Diploma of Children's Health- Highly Commended). In her time outside work, Michele enjoys writing, music and travel.
