    Practice Fees

    The pricing and schedules vary from specialist to specialist. For all fee enquiries please contact reception on 02 8668 9601.

    PRIVATE BILLING POLICY:

    Our specialists charge private fees for consultations, however, some specialists do offer bulk billing. Reduced fees are available for pension card and concession card holders. Please contact reception for further information.

    CANCELLATION POLICY:

    We require at least 24 hours notice for cancelling any specialist appointments, failure to do so will incur a cancellation fee of $40.

    Please contact us if you are able to attend your appointment and advise the reception team as soon as possible on 8668 9601.

    VACCINES & PROCEDURAL FEES:

    Any vaccines or procedures completed on the day will incur an additional private fee. These prices can vary so please check with reception for more information.

    New Patients

    If this is your first visit to the practice, please bring the following to your first consultation:

    •  A valid Medicare card if you have one (check expiry date) and a Photo ID (eg driver’s licence/student card)
    • Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time to fill in necessary paperwork including a New Patient Registration Form
    • If you are coming for a consultation with private billing, or on a Public Holiday or you are a Private patient (without a Valid Medicare card) or you intend on having a procedure eg Dressings/Suturing/Vaccinations, please bring a form of payment. We accept Cash, Eftpos and Credit Cards. We do not accept Cheques.

    If you need to change your appointment time please inform us as soon as possible to avoid late cancellation fees.
