Nuvo Health is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our specialist teams across Lane Cove and Rozelle, working 4 days per week.

Our specialty network includes obstetrics & gynaecology, paediatrics, cardiology, ear, nose & throat services, sports medicine, endocrinology and metabolic health services, oncology, respiratory physicians, immunology, gerontology, haematology, infectious diseases, orthopaedic surgeons, gastro abdominal and breast surgeons.
We provide high level administration and support services to a large group of medical specialists within our suites.

About the role:
This is a varied role working across our Lane Cove and Rozelle Specialist Suites.
You will be responsible for providing a high level of patient service while supporting our specialists with the smooth day-to-day running of their clinics.
Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming and assisting patients
Managing appointments and specialist bookings
Answering phone and patient enquiries
Processing Medicare and private billing
Managing referrals, correspondence and patient records
Supporting specialists and clinical teams
General medical administration and reception duties
Working across 2 locations means you’ll enjoy variety, meet different specialists and teams, and build your experience across a range of specialist services.
About you:
You will thrive working in a busy environment, problem solving and multi-tasking. You will possess good customer service skills and a high level of attention to detail when it comes to accuracy and sensitivity in handling patient information. Your phone manner is always pleasant, you communicate clearly over the phone, and you show care to others. You are adaptable to changing workflow and are process orientated.
Experience in specialist medical reception is preferred, but not essential.
