Don Wilton

Don WIlton

Dr Don Wilton graduated from medicine at Sydney University in 1978 with first class honours. He undertook junior training at Prince of Wales and Prince Henry Hospital and then continued with paediatric training at the CamperdownChildren’s Hospital and Westmead Children’s Hospital. He obtained a Diploma in Child Health from London in 1984 and continued as a paediatric registrar in neonatal transport at Camperdown Children’s Hospital until entering solo General Practice in 1986
in Neutral Bay. He continued as a solo GP till 2000 and then joined 2 other colleagues to set up The Waters Road General Practice which has been running continuously since then. We have joined the Nuvo group of practices in 2022. “Dr Don” has always had a keen interest in paediatrics. He has also become particularly associated with caring for geriatric patients and those with complex chronic health conditions. He
has always aimed to supply high level , up-to-date medical care combined with the ongoing compassion and personal care traditionally provided by a family practitioner. He considers holistic care of the patient and his/her family together with promoting preventative medicine to be of great
importance. He also sees collaborative management together with the patient and other health professionals as essential.


MBBS (Hons 2), FRACGP, MastersPsychMed (UNSW), DCH

Dr Margaret Gottlieb graduated from Sydney University with MBBS (Hons). After spending a few years as a paediatric RMO she had entered general practice and now has more than 30 years of GP experience. She is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practice (FRACGP). She also has a Masters of Psychological Medicine (UNSW) received in 2002. She practices family medicine with special interests in women’s health, psychological medicine and in counselling.
Dr Gottlieb also has some other professional roles. She is a senior lecturer in medicine at Notre Dame University and also works as a facilitator training other doctors in mood disorders and anxiety states at the Black Dog Institute, UNSW.

Geoff Thompson


Dr Geoff Thompson is a well-established GP in Neutral Bay. He provides a comprehensive and balanced approach to general practice incorporating conventional medicine with complementary approaches such as hypnotherapy where needed. 

Special interests – Just like the GP role, his interests are varied, including preventive measures to optimise health and lifestyle, women’s and men’s health, and travel immunisations.

Personal interests – outside work he enjoys keeping fit at the gym which helps offset his passion for cooking. Other loves include flyfishing, nature and travel.


Dr Yeli Kang

Yeli Kang

Dr. Yeli graduated from Western Sydney University in 2016. She subsequently spent her years as a resident in the Hornsby-Northern Beaches network followed by general practice training in Canberra. Her special interests include paediatrics, women’s health and geriatrics/general medicine.


Dr Carol Moon

Carol Moon

Background– Carol graduated from the University of London in 2008 and completed her GP training in the UK before relocating to Sydney in 2015. She enjoys the diversity that general practice offers and the continuity of care it provides. She is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients and working together to provide individualised care. Special Interests– Carol loves all areas of general practice and has a special interest in women’s health including offering different forms of contraceptive methods. She is able to insert and remove Implanons and IUDs. She also enjoys children’s health, preventative medicine and doing minor procedures. Carol is fluent in Korean. Personal Interests– Outside of work, Carol enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 young children, eating out, exploring coffee/cafes, travelling and music.


Evan Goodbee – Physiotherapist

Evan Goodbee

Evan completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) at the University of Sydney and a Graduate Diploma of Medical Ultrasound from the Australian Institute of Healthcare Education. Evan has a clinical focus on musculoskeletal injuries and combines a practical implementation of manual therapy with exercise based rehabilitation to assist his patients’ injury rehabilitation process.


Outside of physiotherapy Evan takes part in martial arts training and bodybuilding.

Nuvo Health Medical Centre – Neutral Bay is a family medical practice open 6 days a week.

Formally The Waters Road Practice, the practitioners here have been serving the Neutral Bay Community for over 22 years. They will continue working with us and remain available for all new and existing patients.

We have Australian trained General Practitioners (GP doctors), a practice nurse and pathology onsite.
Located at 3/3-5 Waters Road Neutral Bay, the practice is newly renovated and offers state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.
We accept walk-in patients and appointments over the phone, online via this website or HotDocs app.

We serve all patients from Cremorne, Neutral Bay, Mosman, North Sydney, Cammeray, Crows Nest, St Leonards, Wollstonecraft and beyond Sydney. We look forward to meeting you and your family.

If you are an existing patient of the practice and require after hours medical assistance of a non-urgent nature between 7pm and 7am Monday – Friday or between 1pm and 7am on Saturday and Sunday, please call 0491 837 158.

A private non rebatable fee of $200 applies to all after hours telehealth consultations. Home visits will be at the doctors discretion and may incur additional fees. A staff member will contact you on the next business day to process payment.

There is street parking available on Waters Road and Grosvenor Street. 2 hour free parking is available in the Woolworths Carpark which is located 100m from the clinic on Grosvenor street between Waters Lane and Cooper Lane.

Fee Schedule


On Weekdays we operate as a mixed billing practice. Some patients may be eligible to be bulk billed. All other consultations will be privately billed, and with a valid Medicare card we can claim your rebate for you electronically at the time of your consult.

Long appointments start at $143. Consultation fees are based on length and complexity of the consultation.

We also take walk-in patients, however please note that these will be privately charged and we cannot guarantee a short wait time for these consultations as they may be fitted in around existing appointments if possible.


We are a fully private billing practice on weekends and public holidays. A reduced gap fee is charged for children under 16, pension and concession card holders’ consultations.

Please note that consultations on Sundays or Public Holidays will attract a higher fee to the usual schedule as these are considered after-hours consultations.


Please note a Non-Attendance Fee of $20 is payable if a patient does not attend their doctors appointment or if the appointment is cancelled with less than one hours notice.

If a patient fails to give 48hours notice or does not attend an allied health appointment, a Non-Attendance Fee of 50% of the consult fee will need to be paid.


For all vaccination and procedural costs please ask one of our friendly receptionists. Your doctor will explain any additional costs to you  and obtain your consent prior to receiving treatment.

Any consultations requiring additional services may be charged a procedural equipment fee of between $10 – $100.
Travel vaccines will incur a private fee also for the purchase of the vaccine as they are not covered by Medicare.


Pre-employment medical assessments and other medical assessments are also privately billed. The cost will depend on the length and complexity of the medical assessment.

Reception are able to give a price guide but cost will be determined by the doctor at time of consult.
