    Practice Fees

    Private Fee Changes

Fee changes will occur from 1st July 2025 to maintain an environment where we can provide you with the quality of service you deserve. We aim to keep your overall out-of-pocket expense to a minimum, while maintaining the highest possible standard of care.
    Fee Schedule 1st July 2025

Telehealth Consultations will no longer be routinely bulk billed for all patients.

Medicare Patients will be able to claim a rebate, provided they have attended the clinic for a Face-to-Face Appointment within the last 12 months.

A Private Fee will apply for all telehealth consultations. This will range from $108-$170 with a rebate available to eligible patients.

Payment will be collected via a secure payment request we send from Hotdoc, or over the phone. Medicare rebates will be processed online to save you hassle.

    PRACTICE FEES:

We operate as a private billing practice, with Medicare rebates for eligible patients. We have the same fee for all ages, and do not offer a reduced rate fee for government concession cards (i.e. Pension Concession Card, Healthcare Card and Commonwealth seniors health card)

With a valid Medicare card, we can claim your rebate for you electronically without hassle.

    WEEKDAY APPOINTMENTS:

We also take walk-in patients, however, please note that these will be privately charged consistently even if the patient is a child under 16, holds a Pension/Health Care Card. We also cannot guarantee a short wait time for these consultations.

    WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS:

We are a fully private billing practice on weekends and public holidays. A full fee is charged for all patients including children under 16, and concession card holders.

Please note that consultations on Weekends or Public Holidays will attract a higher fee to the usual schedule as these are considered after-hours consultations.

*Medicare rebates are an estimate; please be aware that this may vary.

    NON-ATTENDANCE POLICY:

Please note a Non-Attendance Fee of $50 is payable if a patient does not attend their doctor’s appointment or if the appointment is cancelled with less than two hours’ notice. If an appointment is cancelled on the weekend, within the two-hour notice period, a fee of $60 is payable.

If a patient fails to give 48 hours’ notice or does not attend an allied health appointment, a Non-Attendance Fee of 50% of the consult fee will need to be paid.

    VACCINES & PROCEDURAL FEES:

For all vaccination and procedural costs, please ask one of our friendly receptionists. Your doctor will explain any additional costs to you and obtain your consent prior to receiving treatment.

    • Any consultations requiring additional services may be charged a procedural equipment fee of between $10 – $100.
    • Travel vaccines will incur a private fee also for the purchase of the vaccine, as they are not covered by Medicare.

    MEDICALS

Pre-employment medical assessments and other medical assessments are also privately billed. The cost will depend on the length and complexity of the medical assessment. Reception is able to give a price guide but cost will be determined by the doctor at time of consult.
