Dr Suhirdan Vivekanandarajah – Gastroenterologist
Dr Suhirdan Vivekanandarajah graduated from University of New South Wales in 2003 and was admitted to the Royal Australasian College of Physicians in January 2012, having completed gastroenterology and endoscopic training (diagnostic and interventional gastroscopy, colonoscopy and ERCP). He then completed an extensive interventional fellowship in EUS and ERCP at the Institute of Advanced Endoscopy under Dr Amit Maydeo. Dr Suhirdan has performed a vast number of endoscopic procedures and has extensive experience in clinical and interventional gastroenterology. He is actively involved in both clinical work and research. His clinical and research interests include interventional gastroenterology, early detection of gastrointestinal malignancy, inflammatory bowel disease and functional bowel disorders. He also regularly contributes to specialist medical publications, medical education and conferences.
