Dr Tania Chin

Assistant Chief Medical Officer, Nuvo Health

Dr. Tania Chin is a highly accomplished General Practitioner and the Assistant Chief Medical Officer for Nuvo Health. A graduate of the University of New South Wales with First Class Honours, Dr. Chin has been a cornerstone of the Inner West medical community since 2009. She holds a Diploma in Paediatrics and achieved her Fellowship (FRACGP) in 2011.

In her role as Assistant CMO, Dr. Chin is instrumental in upholding the high clinical standards of the Nuvo Health network and the group’s core values of Care, Accountability, Resilience, and Excellence, working closely with the leadership team to ensure these principles are reflected in every patient interaction and across all 22+ clinics.

With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Chin provides comprehensive care across the full spectrum of general practice, with a particular focus on family and life-cycle medicine:

• Women’s & Maternal Health: Antenatal Shared Care, cervical screening, menopause management, and sexual health.
• Paediatrics & Children’s Health: Extensive experience in the care for infants and children, supported by her postgraduate Diploma in Paediatrics.
• Chronic Disease & Preventative Care: Long-term condition management and care coordination, weight loss medical support, and travel medicine (including Yellow Fever vaccination).
• Corporate & Administrative Medicine: Insurance medicals, pre-employment assessments, and RTA driving medicals.
• Mental Health: Expertise in managing mental health conditions as well as ADHD continuing prescribing.
• Geriatrics: Dedicated support for the complex needs of older patients.
