Dr Aanchal Shankar

Dr Shankar has a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Macquarie University and completed her hospital training at Hornsby Hospital. She has interests in women's health, mental health, dermatology, and paediatrics. Dr Shankar has a Diploma in Child Health from Western Sydney University, and a Certificate of Women's Health from RANZCOG. She has also trained with Family Planning NSW to insert and remove Implanon.Inspired by the compassionate care of her childhood GP, Dr Shankar values long-term patient relationships and is committed to providing empathetic, holistic healthcare. She strives to make a positive difference in her patients’ lives.Dr Shankar speaks English and Hindi.
