Dr Daniel Chalmers is the former owner and principal GP of Annandale Family Doctors.Danny Chalmers is committed to providing the best medical care for his patients. He is interested in all aspects of general practice.He started acupuncture training in 1990 and finds it a very useful tool in treating patients, especially for painful conditions. He has also trained in Implanon contraceptive rod insertion and removal.Danny also has an interest in preventive medicine, which includes giving advice to patients about healthy lifestyle options. He provides home visits to people who are housebound for medical reasons and visits nursing homes.He is also accredited with Royal Prince Alfred Hospital to provide pregnancy checks for women booked at the hospital.In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and bridge, going on walks and spending time with family and friends.
