Dr Farhana Faria

Dr Farhana Faria trained at several major NSW hospitals, including Royal North Shore, Ryde, Lismore Base Hospital, Bankstown and Campbelltown hospitals, before obtaining Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP).

Dr Faria has been practising as a General Practitioner since 2018, caring for patients of all ages. She also holds a Diploma in Child Health from the University of Sydney, the National Certificate in Sexual Health & Family Planning, and has additional experience working in psychiatry.

Dr Faria enjoys all aspects of general practice, with particular interests in child health and development, women's health, weight management and mental health. She is passionate about preventive healthcare and lifestyle medicine.

Outside clinical practice, Dr Faria is also a GP Medical Educator and Examiner, helping train and assess future GPs. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and their energetic spoodle puppy, getting creative with arts and crafts alongside her daughter, and exploring Sydney's waterfronts and scenic beach walks.
