Dr Mark Moussad

Dr Mark Moussad is a dedicated and experienced general practitioner with a strong focus on sports and musculoskeletal medicine. He graduated from James Cook University in North Queensland and completed his internship and residency at Nepean Hospital. Over the years, he has accumulated experience through various clinical roles and possesses a genuine passion for assisting his patients in achieving optimal health outcomes.
Mark holds a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine and has a specific interest in treating sports and musculoskeletal injuries. He currently serves as the club doctor for the Western Sydney Wanderers Football Club and the Penrith Panthers Pathways teams and has collaborated with numerous professional sports teams across various codes in Australia. His expertise extends to the assessment and management of concussions, ensuring that athletes receive the most up-to-date care.
In addition to his sports and musculoskeletal expertise, Mark offers a range of musculoskeletal injection treatments, including platelet-rich plasma (PRP), hyaluronic acid, and corticosteroid injections. These treatments are employed to manage and treat a diverse spectrum of conditions. He is also experienced in conducting WorkCover assessments, facilitating patients’ navigation of their treatment and recovery following workplace injuries.
