Dr Shamendri Dassanayake

Dr Shamendri Dassanayake graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Western Sydney University in 2014 and has since worked across multiple hospitals and general practices in Sydney. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Shamendri is passionate about forging long-term doctor-patient relationships whilst treating a broad range of medical conditions. Her special interests are: women’s and men’s health, sexual health, antenatal care and cardiometabolic health. She is an Antenatal Shared Care Provider with The Royal Hospital for Women. In her spare time, Shamendri enjoys travelling, baking, listening to music and spending time with friends and family.
