Dr Zarin Gundevia
Dr Gundevia is from England has worked as a doctor since 2005. She has worked in Obstetrics and Gynaecology up to registrar level in busy hospitals in the UK and Australia and attained MRCOG (Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists UK). She worked in sexual health for some years in Sydney and has worked in child and adult assault services. Dr Gundevia enjoys all aspects of General Practice but has a passion for women's health, sexual health and family planning. She has had years of experience and qualifications to fit and remove IUDs and Implants and has attained DFSRH (Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare UK), LoC IUS (Letters of Competence Intrauterine Techniques UK) and LoC SDI (Letters of Competence Subdermal Contraceptive Implants Techniques UK). She provides Shared Antenatal Care at the Royal Hospital for Women. Dr Gundevia has worked as a GP in the UK and Sydney since 2017, having attained MRCGP (Membership of the Royal College of General Practitioners UK) and FRACGP (Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners). Dr Gundevia works with Central and Eastern Sydney Primary Health Networks as a GP advisor for the Royal Hospital for Women Antenatal Shared Care Advisory Committee and the Domestic, Family and Sexual Violence Programme. Dr Gundevia is a GP on the steering committee for Hypertensive Disorders of Pregnancy. She has worked with the Australasian Society for HIV, Viral Hepatitis and Sexual Health Medicine.
