Sonja Temelkovski completed a Masters of Clinical Psychology at the University of Wollongong in 2001 and has worked as a clinical psychologist for over fifteen years for the Illawarra Area Health Service and Concord General Repatriation Hospital.

She has over 20 years of clinical experience treating mainly adults, adolescents and the elderly. Parvani received the Elaine Dignan Award from the Australian Psychological Society in 2005 for significant contributions to women and psychology, in recognition of her clinical, teaching, training and advocacy work. Jack has had a passion for sports from a young age, growing up with a keen interest in Rugby League/Union. After sustaining multiple injuries including various knee surgeries, Jack developed a keen interest in how the body works, especially the rehabilitation and treatment of injuries through Chiropractic care.
Throughout his career as a chiropractor, Jack has gained extensive experience in a variety of settings, including private clinics, aged care facilities and sporting teams. Kicking off his career with 7+ years as a personal trainer, Ryan has always been passionate about helping people live fit, active lives.
After transitioning into physiotherapy, Ryan spent several years working with elite athletes.
With clients like the St George Illawarra Dragons Rugby League team, the Illawarra Hawks Basketball team and the Country Womens’ Rugby League team, he supported high-performance sportspeople in their treatment and recovery, with the goal of getting them back on the field as quickly and efficiently as possible.
This gave him first-hand insight into the impact of rehabilitative exercise, strength and conditioning to not only relieve pain short-term, but to restore full function going forward.

Ms Olga Skiadopoulos is an Organisational Psychologist with extensive experience in assessments, psychological treatment, Anxiety, depression, ADHD and helping people return to work following injury. She has a special interest in ADHD and trauma and improving executive functioning.

Dr Natalie Shavit is a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience working in the US, UK and locally, and11 years of training in both Australia and the United States. Natalie has a Doctor of Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology; a Masters in Counselling Psychology from Boston College; and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Law from the University of New South Wales.
Natalie is committed to providing an individualised approach to her clients in a warm and safe environment.
In addition to assessing and treating clients, Natalie has supervised other experienced psychologists, published articles in peer-reviewed journals, and written a chapter in a text book for mental health professionals.
